Our enrolment process is designed to partner with parents, ensuring the best experience for your child. It provides an opportunity to share your aspirations for your child’s education and allows us to highlight the many wonderful aspects of our school.
Step 1: Enrolment Application Request
For all enrolment applications, please either:
- Submit an Online Enrolment Enquiry Form
- Or contact OLOR Waitara directly on (612) 7256 210 or email olorw@dbb.catholic.edu.au
An enrolment application form will be emailed to you directly. For Kindergarten, CSBB Primary schools make offers of enrolment 1 year prior to commencement. Enrolment for other years, Year 1 to Year 6, continues throughout the year. Please contact us to discuss current availability.
Step 2: Enrolment Application Submission
Please complete the enrolment application form, together with supporting documentation, and email this to our school at: olorw@dbb.catholic.edu.au
Note that sensitive documents (e.g. birth certificates, passports etc) must be sighted in person in our office. The enrolment application cannot be finalised until all required documentation has been received, sighted and verified.
Step 3: Enrolment Review and Interview
Each application will be carefully considered, with a focus on understanding each student’s individual needs. We may gather additional information to help support their enrolment and transition to our school community. This is a collaborative process between families and the school, ensuring a thoughtful and supportive approach for every child.
Once your Enrolment Application is received, our enrolment team will contact you to arrange an enrolment interview with our Principal, Mrs Trish Biok.
All parties to the Enrolment Application, including the enrolling student, are encouraged to attend. This meeting is a valuable opportunity to:
• Meet with the school Principal
• Share insights about the student
• Provide or clarify any additional information needed to support the application
• Develop a shared understanding of our Family Charter and Enrolment Conditions
Step 4: Enrolment Offer or Waitlist
After the application has been reviewed and all relevant information has been collected and assessed, you will be contacted directly by the school regarding your application. The outcome of your enrolment application is based on our Enrolment Principles and supporting information.

STEP 5: Confirmation of Enrolment
Following an Enrolment Offer, all parties to the Enrolment Application will be asked to sign and complete the Enrolment Agreement by a requested date. Confirmation of Enrolment will only be confirmed once the Enrolment Agreement is signed and submitted.
Once the signed Enrolment Agreement has been submitted and verified against the Enrolment Application, you will receive a confirmation of the enrolment.
STEP 6: Welcome to Catholic Schools Broken Bay
Once you have received the Confirmation of Enrolment, we will then provide you with transition dates to welcome your family to our school community.
